Virgin Coconut Oil for Sale:

I take one spoonful of this VCO every other day as a supplement. I dilute it in 300 ml of warm water, stir it thoroughly, and drink it before retiring at night. Additionally, I gargle with one spoonful of this VCO for at least five (5) minutes at least twice a week before bedtime.

Whenever I experience symptoms of UTI, flu, or a cold, I take 1 spoonful of this VCO three times a day, every 8 hours, for 7 days, and I am healed by it. Every time I have a stuffy or runny nose, a sore throat, gum wounds or diseases, and toothaches, I also gargle with one spoonful of this VCO for at least five (5) minutes, at least twice a day, and I am healed by it as well. In addition, I regularly use this VCO for my oral hygiene. I also apply/rub this VCO to cure skin itchiness, wounds, and other skin diseases.
